  I can’t install the 2 snippets of Google Tag Manager on the header of a client’s website.

  I tried to, but it says ‘Something went wrong. Your change may not have been saved. Please try again. There is also a chance that you may need to manually fix and upload the file over http://FTP.’

  I have administrator permission.

  Can someone please guide me on how to fix it?

  Any tip is appreciated.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

  Please contact support for the theme you’re using directly for help with this.
