Edit title in right hand box

  How do I edit my title in the right hand box of my blog: http://healthunlimitedbiz.wordpress.com/
  It should say: PhD, RN, CNC, Healthy Lifestyle & Cancer Survivor Coach
  Thanks for your help—I’ve been digging into multiple forums and trying to find the answer on my own with no luck. Sana Keller

  Thank you for your help. I can not figure out which widget the box I would like to change falls under. I have clicked on all the boxed on the link you shared without seeing it. The box I would like to edit is the one with:
  “MS, RN, CNC, MH, HHP Integrative Health Consultant” in it.
