edit to preview not working properly

    I was making changes to the Neve theme. When I make changes or add content in elementor the changes come up on the preview as unrecognisable squiggles. I followed the instructions given by elelmentor and at the moment it appears it might be a theme problem and to contact the theme developers. I have tried to do that but contact can only be made with them if you are a registered user of them, from what i can tell you have to have bought something from them.
    I downloaded Neve direct from WordPress and so have had no contact with Themeisle.
    Is WordPress abe to help or does anyone know how can contact Themeisle. I have tried all my usernames and passwords, just in case it was sent automatically went I downloaded the theme. In case its pertinent I am using the Shop template. I could sent screenshots of my problem, but cant see anywhere to download. Thank you
