Edit User Email Address

  Hi there,

  I desperate need help here! We have a company website that is built on WordPress, but for some reason, I can’t seem to log into the Support forum with that account. Hence I have to use my personal WordPress account to submit a post here.

  Also, in our company WordPress account, I tried to edit my email address via “Users > Your Profile” but I never receive any Confirmation Email. How do I get support?

  Note that the .com and .org forums aren’t connected in any way. To post in the .org forum will require you to register an account there.

  Yhea, but if our company page is there, don’t we already have an account? Or am I missing something?

  Not necessarily. The WordPress.org account is needed to post in the forums. Your company may indeed have one, but if you don’t know the details then you should create a new account on WordPress.org and post, so you can get help. We aren’t able to provide any further assistance from here.
