Edit website/ access dashbord

Hi, my website was built on WordPress via a website builder Outlines Design. They no longer host the website but I need to edit it. I can’t access the admin page anymore to edit it as I used to. Please can you advise me what I need to do in order to be able to edit my WordPress website?

Hello there, we could not help you with sites that are not hosted on WordPress.com. If there’s no hosting for the site I’m afraid no one could access it. Perhaps you could check with your previous hosting provider if they have a copy of the backup of your site so you could move the content to another hosting provider.
Anyway, for future self-hosted WordPress issues, you’re recommended to post your questions at the WordPress.org forum and seek help from the experts and volunteer members there. You may need to register an account if you don’t already have one.

Hi @hunterstewartrec, I would suggest contacting the web host where the site is hosted now and see if they can help you gain access.

It’s currently hosted by easy space, if I would have known, I would have used WordPress to host. I really don’t have a clue what I’m doing 🙈. Thanks for the advice!
