Hi,
In a post or page editor, you may switch from visual mode to text mode (HTML), or vice versa, by toggling between the Visual and Text options atop the editor menu bar. -
i tried installing the WP Editor and installing it but failed!
Are you referring to a WordPress.com website, or a self-hosted site using WordPress.org?

You don’t have to install an editor on a WordPress.com site. In fact you can’t install an editor. What do you mean by “installing the WP Editor?”
…where do i find the page editor?
In the old dashboard, all pages can be visited and edited via the Pages/All Pages item in the admin panel. Yours would be at https://justtumblrpeople.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page. To edit a page, hover the cursor over a page title and click on the “Edit” link. Some change can be made at “Quick Edit.”
Alternatively, at My Sites > Publish, select the Pages tab to go to https://wordpress.com/pages/justtumblrpeople.wordpress.com, where for each page title there is a three-dot icon which opens to a menu that includes an “Edit” link among the options.

Hi there,
As musicdoc1 mentioned, plugins like the WP Editor aren’t available here at WordPress.com. To edit posts or pages, you can use the links musicdoc1 mentioned or edit them from the dashboard at https://wordpress.com on your Blog Posts and Pages sections (under My Sites there).
You can also head to your site’s Customizer to customize your site itself.
If you’d like to learn more about setting up and using your WordPress.com site, we also have a guide at Getting Started that walks through different steps to help you get started. :)

If you need to alter the html then wordpress.com is not the spot for you. You’d have to download blogging programming from wordpress.org or it’s rivals and host it somewhere else, where you get FTP access to every one of the records. Altering the CSS is a chargeable additional here, and there won’t be any entrance to the html or through FTP.
