  Shall I edit the code of wordpress? I have to change the wordpress function based on my requirement. Is it possible to do the changes in base code?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This isn’t possible on the wordpress.com platform as it’s a shared platform.

  Hi there,

  On our Business Plan you can add custom functions to your site using a functionality plugin, or by creating a child/custom theme where you can include that in the functions.php file.

  But as @staartmees said, it really depends on exactly what you’re trying to do. Also note that we don’t provide support for this type of customization.
