Editable Google Sheet Embedding

  How can I embed my google sheet or doc so that users who visit the page can directly write on the sheet from the webpage? I can see the file, but can not edit it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, I already have done all the googling I can imagine. Looked at every approach and the only answers I’ve come up with are coding questions and I’m not a programmer. I just need to know if there is an easy widget or something that I can use to take my embedded sheets from non interactive to editable by any user on the site or logged in users. That page only shows how to embed an unusable picture of the sheet.
