  I was directed by Emil to http://en.support.wordpress.com/ for this post, but nowhere on that page could I find a place to put the post. This is my problem.

  My blog is http://goalachieving.wordpress.com/ I am starting to manage my blog pages (I do my own comments, etc) myself and am doing a major update. I want to update the Welcome page and the About page and their links. The Welcome appears as a sidebar. I go to pages, edit Welcome and change links and preview, which looks OK. However when I update, my edited version appears like a comment in the main section and nothing happens to the sidebar. I need to edit all my pages and am obviously missing something. Please help!

  The welcome statement at the side is in a text widget in the sidebar. Go to appearance > widgets and in the sidebar section to the right, click on the right end of the title bar for the “welcome” widget and it will open and you can then edit the contents.

  1. Please Check the widget section according to thesacredpath.

  2. I have visited your site, but didn’t get any problem except the sidebar welcome portion.

  Would you mind to clear the following line you wrote :
