How do I make the image appear in the Structure theme?

  I used one of the free templates but cannot edit the first page it has a area for a pic and a side area for writing but I have not been able to find out how. I have several other articles up and have placed widgets but cant find how to insert the pic for the first page or add any comment or welcome blurb.

  The image in the main box uses featured images set on posts within the featured images category assigned at Appearance -> Theme Options.

  For the welcome blurb, you can do that by adding a text widget to the “Homepage Top Right” section at Appearance -> Widgets in your blog’s Dashboard.
