  The account you are contacting us from doesn’t own any WordPress.com sites. Can you send a link to the site you are trying to edit?

  If it is hosted on WordPress.com, you’ll likely need to log in to a different account and use the steps @ohaidizmahblog shared above. But once I know the site address, I can check where it is hosted and point you in the right direction.
