Editing a certain theme

I’ve been asked to create a website for a client.
Our company uses 4 themes that have been chosen because presumable they would be easy to work with, and create custom websites for our clients. The person that has worked here before me used to manage and create these websites and according to him it was very easy and doable within a week.

My problem is that I don’t have a lot of experience with WordPress and webdesign in general. Editing .PHP files is often hard and confusing to me. When I upload one of our themes WordPress it works just fine. When I go to “Themes” I can see it right next to the Twenty Fourteen… etc.. themes.

However, when I enable the theme it just shows me a empty shell of what’s supposed to be my theme. I’ve already placed my pages so I do have content.
Another thing that doesn’t work are the plugins. All of the websites that have been made using our theme have the same plugins; A contact form and a scrolling image gallery. When I load up my website it doesn’t load any of the plugins. I’ve already downloaded each individual plugin to the WordPress website that I want to make but for some reason the website doesn’t see them.

Is there possible another, easier, method of creating a wordpress website using our specific themes? Do I have to edit all these .PHP scripts or is there a method where I can just drag and drop content into my website, like a template perhaps?

    Any help would be appreciated!

WordPress.com does not have plugins, and does not allow external themes, for security reason. I suspect you are either in the wrong forum or attempting the impossible, but we need the URLs of the websites, starting with http in order to be sure.
