    From WordPress.com Support: Can I edit comments I left on someone else’s blog?
    No. It is not possible to edit or delete any comments you have left on other WordPress.com blogs. Blog owners are in full control of the comments on their blogs, so you can try contacting the blog owner and ask them to edit or delete a comment for you.

    This is antiquated. Please consider creating the functionality necessary to allow commenters to edit or delete comments posted to other blogs. In a great conversation, it’s helpful to be able to correct misspellings, or clarify, or re-word, often immediately after a comment is posted. Likewise, if a comment inspires regret, the author ought to have the option to remove it. Facebook, Twitter, and other social-interaction forums operate this way. WordPress.com needs to join the rest of us in the 21st century.

    I strongly agree. I’ve been wanting that edit button myself.
