Editing a DNS record for Microsift Outlook e-mail.

    I have been trying to edit a DNS record on my domain so that I can use my domain with my Outlook e-mail. I went into my domain on the WordPress side of things and added to the DNS record TXT @ or 3Cconsulting.co MS=ms43776515. When I go back to Microsoft to verify the Added DNS it says the record cannot be found. Can you help?

    Hi Kevin!

    On WordPress.com we do not provide email hosting, so it’s not as simple as connecting your DNS records to the Outlook application.

    However, you can connect email hosting from another provider to your custom domain. Here are instructions for using email with your custom domain:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/

    Once of you’ve setup one of those providers, you can use Outlook to check email with your email service of choice.
