Editing a Gallery in New Dash

  Instead of updating the existing Gallery, an additional Gallery is created.

  The above site is currently available only to Staff.

  This does not occur when editing a Gallery in the WP Admin.

  Hmmm, that is odd.

  Can you detail the steps you took, just so I’m on the same page.

  Hi @rootjosh-

  From the New Dash I added a new page and inserted a Gallery. It’s the 9-image square one at the very bottom of that page.

  After inserting the Gallery and updating the page, I then clicked on the pencil icon on the Gallery in the Page to edit it, removed some images and clicked the Update Gallery button. That’s the 6-image circle Gallery in the middle of the page. I then clicked update the page.

  Then I clicked the pencil icon to edit the 6-image Gallery to add the remaining 3 images, clicked the Update Gallery button and ended up with an additional 9-image circle Gallery along with the earlier 6-image and 9-image Galleries.

  Chrome Version 49.0.2623.87 m (64-bit) on Win7Pro SP1.

  Just an update, while this oddity continues to occur on the original test Page I created, it does not happen on a new Page or Post.

  So you can no longer replicate it at all?
