Editing a PAGE is messed up; NOT a post

  Hi
  I’ve had my blog about one month now. I just created a new page for the first time yesterday. Why is it that whenever I type something, then save, it’s all changed in format? I mean, the text font, font size, spacing, paragraphs, etc. It’s awful. I’m not one to complain about little stuff, so this is not small. It takes me about 30 minutes to 1 hour to add ONE paragraph + maybe an image because no matter how many times I type, then save then check it… it’s all changed, like it has a mind of its own.

  It’s just very, very time consuming and frustrating to edit a page. Adding a POST to my front page is a piece of cake, always!

  Why do PAGES have such a horrid personality?

  Go to your wp-admin>>users // find your user and disable the Visual editor. :)

  Hey, thanks, music! It helped a lot. Boy, with the visual editor disabled, it sure displays all the crap I drug in there while cutting and pasting from old docs to my blog page!

  *making mental to not cut and paste text from word into wordpress pages* :D
