Editing a past post

I am unable to edit a past post even when clicking on the ‘Edit’ section at the end of my previously published blog. Please advise….thank you

Are you the owner of the blog (I ask because your user name is dmtabone but the blog is ittakesavillage2teach)? If you are not, and are perhaps only an author, the owner may need to change your permissions to allow you to edit existing stuff in addition to creating new stuff.

Good Morning Mora….and yes I am one in the same. Funny thing was after I discovered how to edit the blog, which I did, and save the document, and republish it, I am unable to view it, unable to see the edited version. I think I may need to google a tutorial about WordPress as the website has been updated and my computer is considered an dinosaur, and begin again. Of course, any advise you can lend me at this juncture would be welcomed. Thanks
