Thanks for getting in touch. Looking at your site linked above, I don’t see any published posts. All 4 are still in draft mode. I do see where the author is mentioned at the bottom of the post.
This is by design as part of that theme. If you click on this example post from the theme’s demo site, you’re going to see the author listed in the exact same way as you see it on your site: https://masudemo.wordpress.com/2022/10/09/victorious-depths-strong-abstract-sea-philosophy/
You’re able to use more advanced customization options with our paid hosting plans. Those details are on https://wordpress.com/pricing/ and I can answer any questions you have about those. One option would be to use CSS and customize the theme so it doesn’t show the author.
However, it seems silly to upgrade for one feature. My suggestion for you, since this is a new project, would be to make that upgrade when it makes sense. You can always trial them out with the monthly payment options too, so you aren’t locked in for a full year.
For now, just use a different theme that doesn’t display the author details. Go to https://wordpress.com/themes/ to explore the FREE options.
