Editing a wordpress header

Regarding my website header: with a free wordpress ‘template’, I’m only able to add one image/logo at the top and can’t seem to resize it to make it larger. This is problematic because I can only put all the logos in a single Canva image, and really it isn’t nearly as large as I’d like it. I’m imagining this is a coding issue since I’m using a template. Is that an easy adjustment? From what I’ve read, I should have a ‘site editor’ under appearances, but it simply isn’t there for me to add additional blocks.

    Hi!

If the template you are using does not allow for multiple images or blocks to be added to the header section, it may be difficult to make the adjustments you are looking for without making changes to the template’s code.

However, there are a few things you can try:

    1. Check if the template you are using has any built-in options for customizing the header section, such as resizing the logo or adding additional images. These options are typically found in the theme customization settings.
    2. If the template does not have any built-in options, you can try using a plugin to customize the header section. There are several plugins available that allow you to add multiple images or blocks to the header section, and some even offer advanced customization options for resizing and positioning the images.
    3. If you are comfortable with coding, you can modify the template code to add additional blocks or customize the header section to your liking. However, this option may require some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP, so it’s not recommended if you are unfamiliar with coding.

Regarding the “Site Editor” under appearances, it’s possible that the template you are using does not have this feature. Not all templates include a site editor, and some only offer limited customization options. If you are not seeing the Site Editor option, it’s likely that your template does not support it.
