Editing 'About' Section
-
I’m very new to WordPress and am trying to fix the ‘About’ section. I go to Dashboard, Appearance, Customize, then it brings me to my blog’s page where I can click on ‘About’ and ‘Edit.’ But the page doesn’t load. It buffers for an immeasurable amount of time and doesn’t allow me to edit the section. Help?!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

re: http://sgijobsabroad.wordpress.com/about/
Dashbaord > Pages > All Pages
hover over the title of the About page
click the Edit link and proceed.
Click “Update” in the Publish module on the top right hand corner when done.By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post not a page the error message will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

That could be a connectivity or browser related issue. Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
