  gah, my ‘about’ widget is not displaying the info that I posted into it. Rather it is repeating my tagline. ??????

  probably the dumbest thing, but I can’t seem to see what the problem is

  eh, don’t worry, I seem to have somehow created a page without first adding the page widget.

  All good now :)
