Editing and actualizing categories description.

I think the help I need is for a happy engineer!!!!!
I need help in adrias.info
I did: I edited description for some categories.
I saw: Some were atualized sucessfully, other simply did not. I got a message after pressing the actualize button..like this “Category not actualized”.
I noticed: Those which were actualized had plain names, such as astrologia. Those which were not actualized were those whose names have a number such as category called ar which is ar-2Can anyone help me in getting these categories actualized?

Thanks for getting in touch! I have put this in front of some of our developers and as soon as I get any information from them about this problem with updating some of your categories, I will let you know.

Hi Adri,
OK, I have heard back from our developers and it seems that in cases like this what will have to be done is that for any Category which you would like to create a description for but it won’t save, you’ll have to follow a somewhat long process:
- Renamed the Category to “[category name] Old”
- Created a new Category with the desired name and description
- Move the posts from the old category to the new one
- Delete the old category
I’m sorry for this inconvenience. We sadly don’t have any automated way to fix the categories which are currently malfunctioning on your site.

I have a few ones like this: Name..ar…slug ar-2.Then when I try to save,I can´t..But if I change it to Ar2 the slug continues the same and then upadating is avaiable. This will do for me!
