Editing and Updating
-
Nothing I have changed, edited or updated has posted on the blog after I saved changes. I even tried to change the theme and nothing happened. When I preview my new menu, the preview is correct but when I preview a page it say page not found. My header won’t show up properly either. I also have a duplicate blog under my blogs when I log in. Both blogs are exactly the same and a change to one also changes the other, I don’t know what that’s about? This is a professional blog and I need to fix this problem ASAP.
I’ve already cleared cache and cookies and all of that stuff for google chorme. It didn’t do anything.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I believe your blog may be caught up in a glitch Staff are fixing. I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

It was the duplicate blog issue. Since both blogs had unique posts, I left both in tact, but re-titled one.
The “official” http://scratchsnackboss.wordpress.com/ has 12 posts, 1 pages, and 2 comments.
The newly re-titled http://scratchsnackboss2.wordpress.com/ has 11 posts, 4 pages, 5 comments.
Once you’re done moving desired content over to http://scratchsnackboss.wordpress.com/ you can delete http://scratchsnackboss2.wordpress.com/ following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Sorry for the trouble!

Provide you are within two days of purchase you may cancel a domain name purchased through WordPress.com and receive a full refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -
You don’t seem to understand. I paid for this when I created my blog and then when the above issue was resolved the mapping and my domain disappeared. I paid for this once already why should I have to pay for it again when I didn’t cancel it or asked for it to be canceled?

All of the charges in your account have been refunded, including your most recent Site Redirect upgrade charge on December 5, 2013.
There are currently no non-refunded transactions on your account.
Also, you’ll want a Domain Mapping upgrade, not a Site Redirect upgrade. Site Redirect sends traffic from your WordPress.com blog to a site elsewhere. Domain Mapping directs a domain name to your WordPress.com blog.
Please follow this guide to properly map your domain: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
As all of the transactions on your account have been refunded at various points, leaving your account with a balance of $0 and no upgrades, you will need to purchase this Domain Mapping upgrade for $13.
