editing and writing post

  I have been having a problem when editing and writing a post. Since yesterday, when I “save” it doesn’t always save all of what I had written, and I need to write it over and over, save it over and over, and then finally it works. Same is happening with “editing”. Is there a problem with wordpress? Is there something I can do to fix this problem?
