editing blog title on page

  Hi, I’m totally new, and not tech savvy. After activation, thought I would be able to edit my blog title to read differently than the blog address on the actual page, as I see in other blogs. But on the Dashboard I cannot find a way to do this. How can I edit the title so I can separate the words with spaces, add a line describing what the blog will be about, etc? Is this due to the ‘theme’ I have chosen (TwentyTen) ? I also tried the Spectrum theme, but could not find it there either.

  You van chnage the Blog Title and/or optional Tagline at any time on this page > Settings > General
