Editing cart page

    Hi!

I am not that familiar with wordpress so I want to ask for help about the cart page. I want to put a simple checkbox on the cart page that the users HAVE to check (the website sells clothing and we cant take back a few things so I want to make sure with this checkbox that they acknowledged this and that they have checked the size of the shirt for example). Otherwise when they press go to payment I want it to just refresh the page and give a message/text/something that they have to check this checkbox in order to move forward.

Is there any plugin that I can accomplish this and if so which one?

    Thanks for the help!

  • Hi there,

Can you please let me know your site’s address so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?

Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

I want the checkbox to be ont his page when there is already something in the cart
Thanks for the help in advance.
I’m going to contact the wordpress.org support as well

  • That site is not hosted with us, so we’re not able to help you here.

But the WordPress.org forums are also not the best place to ask.

I see you’re using the WooCommerce plugin on that store, so it’s best to contact WooCommerce support directly.

If you have any premium WooCommerce extensions, you can contact them at https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/, or if you’re only using the free plugin, you can find their support forums here:
