Editing Coding in Worpress.com or WordPress.org

Hi. I have been told that my website is using Worpress.org and WordPress.com. I need help with editing coding on my website (www.stearnsdesignbuild.com) and I can’t seem to get help from anyone.
I need to edit some code that is next to my logo (I have it hidden until I can fix it) because it is the wrong phone number. I can’t get any help from WordPress.com other than this:

Worpress.org won’t help me either. ANY ideas what I can do for assistance? I didn’t set up our website initially or with worpress so I am unaware of how it was created.

As already explained to you, this WordPress.com forum can only provide support for sites that are actually hosted here. Your site isn’t.
Worpress.org won’t help me either.
Are you sure? Did you register an account at the .org forum and ask? That is the place where there are far more “code” users than here at WordPress.com where most sites are click-and-go and users don’t have access to custom CSS.
