https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/css-changes-dont-take-i-think-wrong-css-code-shows-in-edit-css-window?replies=1#post-367088I’m still wondering here… I just switched to one of the sanddox themes, and, just like other themes I have tried, there is a lot of CSS code in the markup (in <head>..) why is there CSS in the HTML file? and how do you change this CSS?

That CSS is just for the admin bar. That gets embedded automatically when you’re logged in.
how do you change this CSS?
There’s no need for you to do it since it doesn’t affect the style of your layout. Again, that’s just for the admin (dark gray) bar that you see when you’re logged in.
