Editing DNS Records for MailChimp

  Hi! I am trying to go through the process of authenticating my website for Mail Chimp. When I go to the ‘Manage Domains’ page on WordPress it says ‘DOMAINS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS SITE’. Is this because I am on a free plan? Is there anywhere else I can edit DNS Records?

  You don’t have access to DNS Records on the Free Plan. Also wordpress.com doesn’t offer mailservices.

  Thank you! Do you know if I can edit DNS records if I upgrade to the Personal Plan or do I have to purchase higher?

  Are you referring to innovationcluster.ca?

  That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, just connected here via Jetpack, so you won’t be able to make any changes to that domain’s DNS no matter what plan you’re on with us.

  To make changes to that domain’s DNS you need to go to the provider who is hosting that domain for you, and that appears to be Mediatemple.net. Please contact their support directly for help with this.
