Editing, Drafting & publishing pages

Hi, I’m revisiting this blog after being away for a year and am editing the pages. For some reason, when I switch certain pages to draft they are still showing up in the public viewing. What’s going on? For example, I want to remove the DONATE page and the SPONSOR a family that is nested under DONATE and for some reason they are both still showing up in pubic view. The other issue is under the ‘ABOUT CTF’ parent page…I’ve switched most of the sub-pages to draft but they are still showing up in the menu and when you click sometimes it shows the message ‘nothing here under that please try a new search’ and sometimes it shows the actual page. What’s going on? Why aren’t they switching to drafts? I’ve searched all the help articles and don’t see anyone having issues with this. Please help. Thanks.
