Editing Font Size
-
I am fairly new to using wp. At first, I just started posting using defaults. But now I’d like to get a little more control over my content. One thing that is a little frustrating is changing font size for my posts. If you take a look at my blog, text in the posts look larger than for the blog name and tagline. Any tips on controlling the font and size for postings?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Font sizes can be changed with css, but adding css is only permitted on a business or premium plan.
If you have a business or premium plan, try adding the css below to your site in My Sites → Customize → CSS.
@media screen and (min-width: 32.375em) { .entry-title { font-size: 38px; /* Change font size for titles */ } .entry-content, .entry-summary { font-size: 16px; /* Change font size for content */ } } -
Thanks, Gary. I was hoping there would be a plugin for this. If nothing else, I guess I can change using the paragraph options. Just seems like very basic functionality.

You can change font sizes in the Customizer‘s Fonts panel, without needing any custom CSS. After selecting a font for Headings or Base font, click “Normal” and you’ll see a range of sizes to choose from.
Let me know if this helps.

Apologies for saying css was required.
I didn’t know a conditional font-size option appeared after selecting a font-family. Lesson learned :)

No worries – it’s not the most intuitive thing right now. ;-)
