Editing generated HTML to support Blueprint css

  Hi,
  We are trying to use blueprint css for our blog. But I don’t know where to go and edit php files. The admin pages doesn’t have options to do this. Can you help me with this? I tried searching the forum, but it didnt answer my questions.

  We don’t permit custom HTML or template editing on WordPress.com for security reasons:

  You can control the appearance of your blog with a Custom CSS upgrade, if you’re experienced with CSS:
