editing header text per page and post

  How do I change/edit the title of a page and post?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  you can change the name of the post by editing the post (or quick edit)
  you can change the underlying name of the url, again by editing the post (or quick edit)
  you can also change the header image of your site for each displayed post (page??) if you so wish.

  is that what you meant?
