Editing heading then sharing

Has anyone noticed that if you publish a post, then decide to edit the post and perhaps add a picture, the changes are not effective when you share to Facebook (not sure about other share services).
I thought maybe it had something to do with my browser, so I cleared the cache, but that didn’t solve the problem.
Normally, a pic in the post will be available to select as a thumbnail for the share, but not if you add it after you have published the post.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There isn’t a constantly updating connection between WP and FB. You publish a post, WP pings and sends it to FB and then it is done. It doesn’t keep updating as you make edits and additions.
Keep the post as a draft till you are sure it is ready.

Facebook itself “caches” the thumbnail, title and description of shared websites (regrettably, I don’t remember where I saw this).
To test if the changes are effective, try sharing another URL for the same post (like the shortlink beginning with wp.me) or wait 24-48 hours.
