editing HOME and ABOUT– where do I do that?

how do I edit the HOME and ABOUT labels on the home page (with the free package)—–I’m not seeing where to make those changes.

To edit any Page go to > Dashboard > Pages > All Pages and hover over the title of the Page then click the edit link.
