When I view my home page in draft, hardly anything appears (I thought I had lost all my work), but when I preview, it all appears? How do I edit it??

Hi,
Are you referring to the published homepage? A published page may be edited without changing its status to draft, so I wonder if you’re referring to another page. How to edit pages is described in the Create and Edit Your Pages section of the Pages support page. To edit a published page, make sure the “Published” tab at the top of Pages is selected. This will cause only published pages to be shown.

Thanks, I know how to edit, but when I went in to edit it, the blocks were not there! The page was blank apart from a couple of blocks. In the end I have just recreated the homepage from scratch.

Thanks for the clarification. Finding the editor blank when there is content present is an issue reported quite frequently in the forums. I believe it’s generally due to a browser issue, and clearing the browser cache and cookies might be sufficient to resolved the issue. However, I’ll call for staff attention to see if they might provide any helpful suggestions.

Hello there,
Echoing what @musicdoc1 said…
We have seen this recently, and clearing the cache does clear this. ( https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache )
Adblockers also have an impact and tend to cause this behaviour too.
