Editing HTML

  I have an old site [www.MissingPortraits.info] which I created using Freeway Pro, now defunct.
  HTML editing is way beyond me, but if I use an app like SiteSucker to get it all back, as locally I only have it in Freeway’s proprietary WYSIWYG format], can I then work on it so as to updated so it can actually be read on a mobile, apply new themes, etc?
  If not in WordPress does anyone know of an app that can do this?
  I know nothing, so excuse me if this is an idiot question.

  Just viewed my post, the last line seems to have been added automatically and there is no such blog. The site I would like to convert to WordPress is in the first line: http://www.MissingPortraits.info.

  I have since come upon this extension: https://wordpress.org/plugins/import-html-pages/, but I can’t judge whether it would import a site such as mine and looking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/import-html-pages it does not seem that it is well supported.

  Does anyone have any ideas?
