Editing Icons Not Showing in Visual Editor!

  The editing icons like “bold” and “italic”, etc. are not showing at the top of the visual editor this morning!

  If I mouse over where the icon should be, the name pops up and the function still works, but the icon is not there!

  The boxes for “Add Media”, “Add Poll”, “Add Contact” and “Paragraph” are there still there though.

  I’m using Internet Explorer (Windows 8).

  Is there a setting that I should change — or is this a bug?
