editing images

  I can’t seem to edit my images which is annoying as they keep opening the wrong way round. My site is set to public.
  I click on the pencil icon and it opens my media library. Then I click on the edit button and a window opens but the image never appears. I click on the Edit Image button and another window opens which says ‘Sorry, there was a problem loading the image. Please close this editor and try selecting the image again.’ Any ideas?

  Hi many thanks for the reply. I use Firefox so I tried Chrome and the same thing happens. I cleared my cache and switched off Adblocks and still wont work. Very strange.

  @kappleto2013 would you be willing to get a few screenshots of what you’re seeing, and upload it to wordpress.com/media ?

  I’m having a hard time picturing what you’re seeing, but I think screenshots of each step may help.

  Does it matter which image you click?
