editing images in a post

I’m having some problems with inserting pictures into a post. I’m brand new here, but it seemed to work OK last night. I can’t move the pictures around once they are inserted. When I click on them the edit appears, but I am unable to drag them below my text. Also – is there a simple way to insert a lot of pictures and then go and add text? Maybe someone can help me with a link for some training with that? Thanks!

There is a slideshow option for post images if you interested in.
To drag pictures maybe u can try with html view mode. just cut and copy the image code to where u want to place.slideshow usage

I always edit my images before uploading them, but I edit a LOT of images: look here http://lolebrity.net
That blog is independent WordPress, but it started at WP.com and I always use Picnik to edit the images; it’s free and easy. You can also use Gimp
