editing just web browser not phone

  is there anyway of editing the appearance of the theme on just the web browser and not on the phone or tablet?

  .site-title {
  min-height: 0 !important;
  left: 120px;
  bottom: 72px;
  }

  wanted to use this to move the site title and it works but it moves the site title when on my phone, which i don’t want to happen. Is there anyway around this?
