  So i am basically editing this menu in the user sector i saved the menu and published it and yet when we check on another computer the saves are not their.

  i just edited my web but the site is asking for payment this was completed last week i just want to make sure it is working no mre charges i tried to correct what i did not do before thanks maduko

  @someokay it sounds like you might have a different issue than the original poster. Can you reach out to support at http://wordpress.com/help/contact ?

  @uleidabdullahi you don’t have any sites on this account, and you just made the account today. It sounds to me like you may be referring to a WordPress.org installation (possibly one with a caching plugin that’s preventing your changes from showing?). You can find help in the .org forums, as @shubhamjain9494 mentioned: https://wordpress.org/support
