Editing Munch theme

I am new at this and know nothing about programing, etc. I barely can find files. I’ve uploaded the munch theme and it’s active on my blog, but I can’t figure out how to edit the “about” stuff on the right toolbar. It gives me directions to click on a particular file in the folder, but when I do on my computer, it says I need some software to run it that I don’t have. Where should I be looking for this file (in my host software?) and how can I change the default information that displays on my blog? I want to get my site up and running and need to get this fixed asap. Please help.
