Editing my home web page

  A developer made a custom home page for my web site, he disappeared and I’m a novice but want to see how I can edit my homepage. I have been told in would require using HTML. I have no experience with HTML can someone help me

  Sorry to hear that your developer isn’t available to help you. It sounds like they may have used the self-hosted version of WordPress if they were able to make customizations for you? Find out what the differences are between WordPress.com and WordPress.org

  However if I’m wrong about this, WordPress.com doesn’t offer the option to modify theme files directly and you don’t need to know how to code to change fonts or colors using the built in tools, however, you do need to have some CSS knowledge to make changes using the CSS Editor.
