  paste to my post and it asks for ctrl+V…….. what is that?

  Hi –

  ctrl+v is “paste” for a windows operating system. It’s when you copy/paste something. ctrl+c is copy.

  So you would highlight the text you need, press ctrl and c at the same time to copy it, then paste it in the desired spot using ctrl + v (again, pressing the 2 keys at the same time).
