Editing My Posts' Pages

    Hello,

    When I create a new post and then post it, it shows up fine on my home page. But when you click on the actual post to read the entire thing, it takes you to a page that doesn’t look correct at all. The links on the right hand side are out of order, there is a meta link, the font of the title of the post is wrong… etc. How and where do I change all this?
