How can I change my profile pic and edit everything
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can edit your profile and change your profile picture in My Profile settings. WordPress.com uses Gravatar for the profile picture. You can change this by clicking on the avatar in the top left to Update Profile Photo once you are in My Profile settings.
