  Need help just editing a few sites, cant seem to get to that location on the portal

  If you are trying to customize your WordPress.com sites, you should be able to do that on the WordPress.com Customizer https://wordpress.com/customize

  As for creating more WordPress.com sites, you can do that at https://wordpress.com/start
