Editing my theme

  I want to customize my theme by either completely removing the header or making it a lot smaller. I was able to remove the image, but a large black rectangle remains that I can’t seem to remove.

  Alternatively, I could completely change the theme, but I want to know if I will have to rebuild the entire site? In addition when I hit the completely change theme button it doesn’t show any choices.

  Of what site are you speaking?

  Note that this is the forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com.

  I can see you have two sites in your account connected here via the Jetpack plugin, but those sites are not hosted with us, and neither of them are using one of our themes.

  For help with theme customization on either of those sites, please contact support for the specific theme you’re using on the site directly.
