  Do you need the content on your website to be updated or your profile to be updated?

  To update content, you’ll want to login to your WordPress.com Account, Click My Sites > Pages and then edit the appropriate page.

  To update the email on your account, here are instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/
